Job Summary
As an Art Director, you will develop engaging and activating CRM measures for our clients together with a copywriter. You should have experience collaborating with various client advisors, creatives, and interdisciplinary teams, and the ability to present your work internally and to clients. Ideally, you also have knowledge in the CRM area – in designing digital mailings, apps, banners, and website content. You are also familiar with many other graphic topics, and UX or Responsive Webdesign are not foreign words to you. Your tasks include conceiving and developing CRM campaigns, designing CRM measures for both online and offline, realizing and implementing these measures from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand-consistent communication using clients' corporate identity, and presenting ideas at client meetings.
Must Have
- Develop engaging and activating CRM measures.
- Collaborate with client advisors, creatives, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Present work internally and to clients.
- Possess knowledge in CRM, including digital mailings, apps, banners, and website content.
- Be familiar with UX and Responsive Webdesign.
- Conceive and develop CRM campaigns.
- Design CRM measures for online and offline.
- Realize and implement measures from concept to delivery.
- Ensure brand-consistent communication using corporate identity.
- Hold a degree in Graphic/Communication Design or vocational training as a Media Designer.
- Have 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Demonstrate a sense for high-quality staging and typography.
- Possess fluent German language skills.

Your Role

Your Tasks
- Conception and development of CRM campaigns
- Design of CRM measures – for both online and offline
- Realization and implementation of the mentioned measures from concept to final delivery
- Ensuring brand-consistent communication using our clients' Corporate Identity
- Presentation of ideas at client meetings
Your Profile
- Completed studies with a focus on Graphic/Communication Design or completed vocational training as a Media Designer
- Experience with digital and traditional media and campaigns and their complete handling
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience and proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud as well as Figma
- A sense for high-quality staging and typography
- Team player by conviction with a results-oriented work structure
- Interest in zeitgeist, pop culture, and current trends
- Flawless German language skills and ideally also English language skills
