Job Summary
As a CRM Copywriter, you will develop engaging and activating CRM measures for our clients. This involves collaborating with client advisors, creatives, and interdisciplinary teams. Your tasks include developing and implementing creative ideas, copywriting for online and offline CRM measures, conceptualizing and optimizing campaign elements, ensuring brand-consistent communication, revising existing texts, and participating in client presentations.

- Provide portfolio or work examples

- Knowledge in CRM copywriting for digital mailings, apps, SMS, banners, and website content
- Ability to write for different target groups and purposes

Your Role
As a Copywriter, you will work with your team to develop engaging and activating CRM measures for our clients. For this, you should have experience collaborating with various client advisors, creatives, and interdisciplinary teams. Ideally, you also have knowledge in the CRM area – in copywriting for digital mailings as well as apps, SMS, banners, and website content. Furthermore, you are able to write for different target groups and purposes.
Your Tasks
- Development and implementation of creative ideas
- Copywriting for CRM measures – both online and offline
- Conception and optimization of campaign elements
- Support for brand-consistent communication using our clients' corporate wording
- Revision of existing texts
- Preparation for and participation in client presentations
Your Profile
- 2-3 years of experience as a copywriter in a creative or digital agency or other creative work
- Experience with digital and traditional media and campaigns
- Text proficiency, storytelling skills, and brand understanding
- Convinced team player with a results-oriented work structure
- Interest in zeitgeist, pop culture, and current trends
- Flawless German language skills and ideally good English language skills
