Job Summary
Envoy is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team in San Francisco, CA. This onsite role involves shaping Envoy’s position in the workplace technology market, driving Go-to-Market success, and focusing on product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally, taking ownership of product launches, sales support, and customer feedback integration to enhance Envoy's offerings.
Must Have
- Draft release notes, weekly internal product update emails, and product release blogs.
- Lead and support the planning, launch, and cross-functional implementation of campaigns, products, and features.
- Support review and analysis of win/loss sales reports.
- Support creation of sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, product and campaign training, sales and BDR sequences, competitive intelligence).
- Support building and updating the GTM product roadmap.
- Present to internal teams and lead internal training sessions.
- Ideate, draft, and edit positioning and messaging.
- Lead and support reviewing customer feedback and making product recommendations.
- Help define and track KPIs related to campaign performance, product engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of post-graduate product marketing or content marketing experience within a SaaS organization.
- A portfolio that highlights your previous work or projects.
- Comfortability collaborating across multiple teams (marketing, product, sales, customer support, and customer success).
- Previous sales enablement experience.
- An ownership mentality.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team and help shape Envoy’s position in the workplace technology market. You will be a key driver of Go-to-Market (GTM) success, focusing on product positioning and messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement. Under the leadership of our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll get clear goals and work with an incredibly talented, smart team. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a high degree of ownership.
This is an onsite position that requires 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
You will

- Lead and support the planning, launch, and cross-functional implementation of campaigns, products, and features.

You have
