RAPP is seeking an experienced and senior Project Manager, CRM to join its agency team in Berlin. This role involves managing the smooth implementation of projects, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to deliver high-quality creative and digital campaigns. Responsibilities include project execution, task tracking, budget monitoring, risk management, and process optimization.
Must Have
- Manage project implementation, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic direction.
- Track open tasks and inquiries, inform Account Lead regularly, and ensure business tracking and quality assurance.
- Monitor and report on budget utilization, supporting accurate financial control.
- Proactively address operational challenges, risks, and client inquiries to ensure smooth processes.
- Utilize CRM tools for seamless communication among all stakeholders.
- Understand and optimize processes to increase efficiency.
- 3-4+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of creative, digital workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Experience managing omni-channel campaigns and large digital projects.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
- Very good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced and senior Project Manager, CRM (m/f/d) to strengthen our agency team in Berlin. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working on CRM campaigns. You will be responsible for the smooth implementation of projects and will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to deliver high-quality creative and digital campaigns.
Your Tasks
- Project Implementation & Execution: You manage the implementation of projects and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to the strategic direction of the Account Lead.
- Task Tracking & Organization: You keep track of all open issues and inquiries, regularly inform the Account Lead, and ensure that nothing is overlooked. Diligence in business tracking and quality assurance are crucial.
- Budget Monitoring & Reporting: You monitor and report on budget utilization and support the Account Lead in accurate financial control.
- Risk & Problem Management: You proactively address operational challenges, risks, and client inquiries, ensuring smooth processes and adherence to strategic objectives.
- In-depth CRM Expertise: You are experienced in using CRM tools to ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders.
- Process Understanding & Optimization: You bring a strong understanding of processes, identify optimization potential, and thus increase efficiency.
Your Profile
- 3-4+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Very good understanding of creative, digital workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in managing omni-channel campaigns and large digital projects.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
- Very good communication skills in German, both written and spoken (+ English is an advantage).
