Compliance and Cost PMO

Micron Technology is seeking a Compliance and Cost PMO to develop and implement effective compliance programs, create and monitor internal controls, and draft company policies. The role involves proactively auditing processes, assessing compliance risks related to government agreements, and collaborating with external auditors and authorities. Key responsibilities include educating employees on regulations and managing compliance violations. Candidates should possess proven experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, and strong business process improvement skills.

Must Have

• Develop and implement an effective compliance program
• Create sound internal controls around required compliances and monitor adherence to them
• Draft and revise company policies that integrate and incorporate specific compliance requirements
• Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses
• Evaluate business activities for compliance risk, especially with Government of India agreements
• Work with respective stakeholders to identify and propose mitigation actions
• Collaborate with external auditors, PMC, and government authorities as needed
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Educate and train employees on regulations and compliances
• Address employee concerns or questions on compliance
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager
• Strong in Internal Audit and Internal Control
• Strong in business process improvements

Responsibilities:
