Job Summary
The Project Manager acts as a central point for all contributors, overseeing all stages of large-scale or innovative projects. This role involves resource management for cross-functional projects, ensuring objectives are met within defined time and budget constraints. Responsibilities include analyzing project feasibility, defining action plans and milestones, coordinating project teams, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing them. The position requires extensive knowledge in strategic, transformational, and organizationally complex project management, with a leadership role among decision-makers and work teams.
Must Have

- Ensure and/or define quality improvement for systems and processes
- Define and apply best methods and practices
- Participate in implementing an appropriate methodology for effective project management
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in major project management
- Experience leading transformational projects with significant change management scope
Good to Have
- PMP certification, MBA, or Master's in project management
- Knowledge of the video game industry
- Knowledge of SCRUM / AGILE
- Knowledge of Games as a Service

The person holding this position is the central point for all contributors and ensures all stages of large-scale or innovative projects: they contribute to resource management within the framework of cross-functional projects to achieve the objectives targeted under the defined time and budget conditions. They analyze the feasibility and opportunity of the project, define action plans and milestones, coordinate project teams, raise problems and propose solutions and implement them.
The nature of the files requires extensive and in-depth knowledge in strategic, transformational project management with organizational complexity.
They act as a specialist and exercise a leadership role with decision-making bodies and work teams.
The main and usual functions of this job are:
- Exercise influential leadership to ensure the success of the projects entrusted to you;
- Meet clients, collect, analyze and understand their needs and ensure their understanding and involvement in future steps;
- Develop and implement a detailed project plan (human resources, budget and estimated time) to deliver project deliverables until completion;
- Determine the necessary team resources, with the different managers (availability, competence) and ensure knowledge transfer;
- Coordinate internal and external personnel for project execution
- Constantly monitor the progress of work to ensure that the plan is respected using appropriate systems and indicators (Key Performance Indicators)
- Implement and manage the necessary changes to achieve project results in order to achieve objectives on time and within budget
- Analyze project risks and propose solutions to encountered problems;
- Prepare regular reports to present to the team and management, and perform proactive follow-ups;
- Manage communications with management, the team, stakeholders and suppliers
- Define and support project governance and ensure that team members have clearly defined roles, responsibilities and interfaces and are accountable for their tasks;
- Collaborate with the change management manager to align change management actions with the pace of project management deliverables production;
- Create and archive all project documentation
- Complete project closing activities;
- Ensure and/or define the improvement of the quality of systems and processes by implementing appropriate best practices and/or techniques;
- Define and apply the best methods and practices and participate in their progression and implementation;
- Participate in the implementation of an appropriate methodology in order to ensure effective project management and thus respect constraints such as quality, budget, and deadlines;
- Create a work environment that promotes skill development, teamwork, creativity and recognition of employee achievements within the team.
Qualifications
Education:
University degree in a relevant discipline.
PMP certification or MBA or Master's in project management is an asset.
Relevant experience:
More than 10 years of relevant experience in major project management.
Having already led transformational projects with significant change management scope.
