Job Summary

Infinity Ward, founded in 2002, is the original studio behind the Call of Duty® franchise, known for multiple award-winning titles. They are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Producer to join their high-caliber animation production team. This role involves collaborating with Directors and Leads to establish feature schedules, driving the development of world-class animation assets, communicating project milestones, identifying risks, and mentoring junior production staff. The Senior Producer will ensure games are produced on-time and within budget, working hands-on with teams to overcome challenges and improve product quality.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with Directors and Leads to establish long term feature schedules, milestone definitions and phase & sprint goals
  • Drive the development of world-class animation assets from concept to completion, including bug burndown and triage, on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Understand and communicate project milestones, task deadlines and stakeholder feedback to team members across the studio and publishing groups
  • Predict, identify and propose solutions for project risks and issues
  • Be in constant communication with Leads and Directors to make sure the project expectations are clear and realistic
  • Work hands-on with the teams to overcome complex problems, improve product quality and stay on track
  • Help mentor Associate Producers and Production Coordinators in production craft
  • 10+ years of production experience
  • Experience with artists and art pipelines in video games or film
  • Shipped at least two game titles as a Producer or Product Manager, or equivalent live service experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of game development, from concept to submission and sustained development post launch
  • A mature toolkit of delivery management skills, including knowledge of planning and estimation, prioritization, risk management, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles
  • Proven ability to collaborate, coordinate, communicate and support other team members
  • Creative, motivated, focused, passionate, results-oriented

Infinity Ward is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Producer to join our high-caliber animation production team. The Senior Producer will work closely with stakeholders across the studio and the publisher to ensure the very best game is produced on-time and within budget.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Directors and Leads to establish long term feature schedules, milestone definitions and phase & sprint goals
  • Driving the development of world-class animation assets from concept to completion, including bug burndown and triage, on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Understanding and communicating project milestones, task deadlines and stakeholder feedback to team members across the studio and publishing groups like PR and Marketing
  • Predicting, identifying and proposing solutions for project risks and issues
  • Being in constant communication with Leads and Directors to make sure the project expectations are clear and realistic
  • Being a part of the animation crew – working hands-on with the teams to overcome complex problems, improve product quality and stay on track
  • Helping mentor Associate Producers and Production Coordinators in production craft

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of production experience
  • Experience with artists and art pipelines in video games or film

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
