Job Summary
As a CRM Specialist at Miniclip, you will create lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, churn, and reactivation to improve the user journey and LTV. You will optimize communication across channels like in-app messaging, push notifications, email, and social media. Responsibilities also include initiating, coordinating, and localizing in-game events, analyzing and optimizing player behavior through A/B testing, contributing to game improvements, and managing community and store operations. You will collaborate with various game, data, and marketing subteams and help achieve commercial objectives by creating creative and distinctive content.
Must Have
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- Completed marketing/communication education
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Very skilled in communication, oral and written
- Affinity with sports and (mobile) games
- Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
- Creative, innovative view and self-starting in creating new content
- Good command of Dutch language
- Good command of English language
Good to Have
- Experience with lifecycle management & (mobile) CRM campaigns including tooling
- A third additional language
Job Description
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
- Creating lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, churn, and reactivation with the aim of improving the user journey and LTV
- Optimizing communication across channels such as in-app messaging, push notifications, email, and social media
- Initiating, coordinating, and localizing in-game events, such as In-Forms and Team of the Week.
- Analyzing and optimizing playing behavior, including by initiating A/B tests
- Contributing to and realizing improvements to games
- Community & store management
- Collaborating with various game, data, and marketing subteams
Other tasks
- As part of the marketing team, contributing to the realization of commercial objectives
- Realizing creative and distinctive content (promotions, competitions, tournaments, etc.)
What are we looking for?
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level
- Completed marketing/communication education
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with lifecycle management & (mobile) CRM campaigns including tooling is a plus
- Very skilled in communication, oral and written
- Affinity with sports and (mobile) games
- Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
