The ASAP Business Process Expert (BPE) Lead will lead global operations for the All Special Assisted Parts (ASAP) process. The role involves guiding the BPE team, resolving exceptions, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities include overseeing global ASAP operations, collaborating with various teams to support order fulfillment, managing escalations, and resolving IT/process issues. The role requires leading and supporting process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance customer support and operational efficiency. The individual will also act as an escalation path and subject matter expert to ensure business KPIs are met and customer backorder challenges are addressed effectively.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support and order management
  • 2+ years leading global continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of service supply chain processes
  • Experience with ERP/order management systems (SAP)
  • Process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

Job Description

ASAP Business Process Expert (BPE) Lead:
Lead global operations for the All Special Assisted Parts (ASAP) process by guiding the BPE team, resolving exceptions, and driving process improvements as an individual contributor.

Your role:

  • You will oversee the global ASAP operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end process execution and minimal disruptions.

  • Collaborate with BPEs, Noida Operations ASG Leads, and cross-functional teams to support order fulfillment, manage escalations, and resolve IT/process issues.

  • Lead and support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance customer support and operational efficiency.

  • Act as an escalation path and subject matter expert to ensure business KPIs are met and customer backorder challenges are addressed effectively.

  • This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to drive change on a global scale, work across cultures, and influence strategic improvements in service supply chain operations.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in customer support, order management, and 2+ years leading global continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Your skills include deep knowledge of service supply chain processes, ERP/order management systems (SAP), process analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • You have global/intercultural skills with experience in working with virtual teams; experience in cross-cultural environment.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

  • You’re an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $80,250 to $100,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
