Summary

This ASIC DFT Engineer role at Google involves working on custom silicon solutions for direct-to-consumer products. Responsibilities include collaborating with a team of DFT engineers, RTL, and Physical Designer Engineers; working on subsystem-level DFT SCAN and MBIST architecture across multiple voltage and power domains; writing scripts to automate DFT flow; and developing production-ready tests for the ATE flow. The ideal candidate will have experience building DFT flows and methodologies, proficiency in scripting languages like Python and TCL, and a strong understanding of ASIC design principles.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or equivalent
  • 2+ years DFT flow and methodology experience
  • Proficiency in Python and TCL scripting
  • Experience with SCAN, MBIST architecture
  • Develop production-ready ATE tests
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in EE/CS
  • Proficient in automated workflows using Python

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
