As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities include assisting in daily store operations, ensuring food quality and safety, managing customer orders, training team members, inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer inquiries, implementing policies, and supporting sales targets.

Must Have

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, preparation, and safety are maintained
  • Oversee and participate in customer order processing, both in-person and over the phone
  • Train and supervise team members on proper equipment operation and store procedures
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving deliveries and stocking items
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry

  • Ability to read maps and navigate delivery areas efficiently
