You will take ownership of the strategic consolidation of SEEK Asia's complex, multi-country payroll operations. Must Have
- Drive projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional, multi-country teams with cultural awareness.
- Deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, IT, and local market teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
- Ensure full compliance with local payroll regulations across all operating countries.
- Coordinate complex data migration and system integration.
- Establish robust governance and quality assurance processes.
- Track project progress and report to senior leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in HR/Payroll systems.
- Proven track record managing multi-country implementations.
- Understanding of Workday to payroll vendor platform integration setup.
- Experience with payroll vendor management and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of Asian market payroll compliance requirements.
Good to Have
- Experience with payroll operations in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Drive projects from initial planning through seamless implementation and ongoing post-go-live support
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, realistic timelines, and proactive risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning multiple countries and time zones with precision and cultural awareness
- Consistently deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget parameters
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Finance, IT, and local market teams across the Asia region
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to maximize value and performance
- Facilitate seamless dialogue between regional teams and global stakeholders
- Champion change management initiatives that drive smooth adoption and sustainable transformation
Process & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with local payroll regulations across all operating countries
- Coordinate complex data migration and system integration activities with technical precision
- Establish robust governance structures and quality assurance processes for operational excellence
- Track project progress meticulously and deliver insightful reporting to senior leadership
Qualifications
Requirements
- 5+ years project management experience, preferably in HR/Payroll systems
- Proven track record managing multi-country implementations
- Understanding of integration setup from Workday to payroll vendor platforms
- Preferred experience with payroll operations in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong
- Experience with payroll vendor management and system integrations
- Strong understanding of Asian market payroll compliance requirements
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
