Project Coordinator

Must Have

• Coordinate sub-contract projects across ANCA Machine Tools
• Manage RFQs, production schedules, and project documentation
• Drive collaboration across operations teams and liaise with external stakeholders

• Coordinate project milestones and conduct regular check-ins
• Liaise with operations teams to meet contract deliverables
• Maintain and manage project documentation and reporting
• Develop quoting and contract review tools
• Escalate issues and provide technical support as needed

• Understanding of CNC machining processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple RFQs and orders simultaneously
• Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Technical comprehension of manufacturing and design principles
• Prior customer-facing experience

• Trade certificates in CNC Machining, Mechanical or Electrical Fitting, or Project Management

About the Role
