Must Have

- Liaise with operations teams to meet contract deliverables
- Maintain and manage project documentation and reporting
- Develop quoting and contract review tools
- Escalate issues and provide technical support as needed
- Drive collaboration across operations departments
- Understanding of CNC machining processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple RFQs and orders simultaneously
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Technical comprehension of manufacturing and design principles
- Prior customer-facing experience

- Trade certificates in CNC Machining, Mechanical or Electrical Fitting, or Project Management
- Understanding of sheet metal, electrical assembly, and industrial painting
- Previous experience in project coordination

About the Role
