Our client, a trusted provider of personalized telecommunication solutions, is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for their Brisbane or Gold Coast office. This role involves driving sales, developing strong client relationships, achieving monthly mobile CTN targets, cross-selling products, and executing strategies to acquire new business. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of sales and business development experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-first approach.

Must Have

  • Achieve a minimum of 30+ new mobile CTNs each month
  • Cross-sell a broad range of telecommunications products
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business clients
  • Manage and respond to all incoming lead generation enquiries
  • Follow proven sales processes, procedures, and core values
  • 1+ years of proven sales and business development results
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

About The Opportunity
