Business Analyst - Avaloq

Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consulting firm recognized for deep transformation execution. This role is for a Business Analyst with 7-15 years of experience, specifically 8+ years in the Avaloq Core Banking platform. The analyst will focus on wealth management systems and digital transformation initiatives, working in Agile environments. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and managing stakeholders across business and IT teams. The position requires strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.

Must Have

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Avaloq Core Banking platform
• Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management systems
• Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives within wealth platforms
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
• Strong analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work across cross-functional teams

• Prior experience working with global MNC banks
