Job Summary

The Training Analyst will be responsible for managing and improving training processes, including modifying complex Excel databases, operating training management systems (APLAT, SIRH), and communicating with client areas to address training needs. Key activities involve presenting structured meetings, monitoring client performance via BI dashboards, preparing management reports, and supporting internal and external audits related to training execution and controls.

Must Have

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Power BI (viewer level) proficiency
  • Experience with training management systems
  • Experience in process improvement, including creating and monitoring operational indicators
  • Experience with audit support

Job Description

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in the attributions of the position;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Rio de Janeiro.

EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other areas related to the specialty.
  • Postgraduate: Financial Management, Cost Management, Financial Risk Analysis, Controllership, or other areas related to the specialty.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

  • Intermediate Excel (at least);
  • Power BI (viewer, at least);
  • Experience with training management systems;
  • Experience in process improvement, especially creation, monitoring, and control of operational indicators;
  • Experience with audit support.

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

  • Creation of Power BI dashboards.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Modify complex Excel databases on training;
  • Operate training systems (APLAT, SIRH), for registration and assignment of needs;
  • Communicate with client areas, to meet training demands;
  • Present structured meetings on training;
  • Monitor the performance of client managers, through business intelligence dashboards (indicators);
  • Prepare management reports on the execution of training;
  • Map and improve training processes and controls;
  • Support internal and external audits, providing information on training.
