Job Summary
Join the Les Iris team as an Occupational Therapist (M/F) in Givrand, France. This part-time, permanent contract role involves stimulating, maintaining, and rehabilitating the functional, cognitive, and sensory abilities of residents. You will improve daily life by selecting adapted technical aids, fostering autonomy, and evaluating results with the team. The position requires interaction with families and participation in various meetings. Candidates must be State-certified Occupational Therapists with initial experience working with elderly people and embody the CORE spirit of Cohesion, Respect, and Commitment.
Must Have
- Stimulate, maintain, and re-educate functional, cognitive, and sensory abilities.
- Improve daily life by choosing adapted technical aids.
- Work on the autonomy and independence of residents.
- Evaluate and revise results with the team.
- Participate in various meetings, syntheses, and assessments.
- Be in contact with families and legal representatives.
- State-certified Occupational Therapist diploma.
- Initial experience with elderly people.

Job Description
Your daily life with us:
- Stimulate, maintain, and re-educate the functional, cognitive, and sensory abilities of the people welcomed.
- Improve daily life in the different living places of the person welcomed by choosing adapted technical aids (wheelchairs, material aid for meals, large equipment...).
- Work on the autonomy and independence of the person welcomed, taking into account their needs and abilities.
- Evaluate and revise with the team the results obtained and readapt the means undertaken with the capacities of the people welcomed.
- Participate in various meetings, syntheses, and assessments.
- Be in contact with the families and legal representatives of the people welcomed.
Qualifications
Your profile:
