Job Summary

This role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of windows and doors across Sydney, delivering high-quality customer service and efficient workmanship. You will work independently on the road, with a weekly visit to the Smithfield office for supplies. The company offers a supportive team, ongoing training, and long-term job security.

Must Have

  • Valid Carpentry Licence
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs on windows and doors
  • Install and replace hardware, locks, rollers, and fittings
  • Assess faults, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and office staff
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to service, repair and maintain a wide range of windows and doors across Sydney, while delivering high-quality customer service and efficient workmanship.

Working independently on the road, you will service clients across Sydney metro areas, with only one visit per week to the Smithfield office to restock supplies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out general maintenance and repairs on windows and doors
  • Installing and replacing hardware, locks, rollers, and fittings
  • Assessing faults, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions
  • Working independently across Sydney’s North, East, South and Western suburbs
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and office staff
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A valid Carpentry Licence (essential)
  • Experience with window and door repairs (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and the ability to multitask
  • Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude
