As a Project Manager, you will direct client projects from initiation to delivery, mastering execution and process. You should be passionate about CRM, DM, and digital, possessing creativity, problem-solving skills, organization, collaboration, and exceptional people skills. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing milestones, tracking budgets, aligning teams, ensuring quality, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality work within constraints.
Must Have
- Develop project plans for new work and manage milestones.
- Track project budgets and proactively identify risks.
- Align project teams and ensure resource availability.
- Maintain required quality throughout the delivery process.
- Manage simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints.
- Collaborate with disciplines across the agency and external partners.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Optimize production workflows and processes.
- Proficiency with Office 360 suite: Visio, Excel, PPT, MS Project, and Teams.
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM and 360 campaign management at an advertising agency.
- Experience managing cross-discipline teams (strategy, creative, technology).
- Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.
- Working knowledge of email deployment and campaign management systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Versed in mainstream process methodologies including waterfall and agile.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong written and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with project management/workflow tools (specifically Workfront, JIRA).
- Working knowledge of print production/execution process.
- Experience in the automotive industry.

YOUR ROLE:
As a project manager, you are the director of the client projects – you’re the one who knows how to make things happen. You’re the master of the execution and process from project initiation to delivery. You are passionate about the space from crm, dm and digital. You’re creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative and have exceptional people skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeps projects moving forward smoothly, develops project plans for new work, ensures that creative can be produced within specified timeframes, efficiently manages + communicates milestones throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigates risks and comfortable adapting to changes from inception to delivery of projects.
- Manages account/project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, etc. Issues and or ensure issuance of timely contract reports.
- Tracks budget for projects, ensures deliverables can be produced within specified budgets, proactively identifies any risks and escalates needs to business / agency leads to be addressed.
- Aligns the project team to the work to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
- Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints.
- Collaborates with disciplines across the agency to deliver the highest quality of work
- Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) from Business Leadership to execution resources on a project, as well as external partners and vendors.
- Builds respectful, strong working relationships when applicable with client(s). Ensure understanding and adherence to agency process.
- Optimizes production workflows and processes with a goal of constant improvement.
- Proficient with programs such as the Office 360 suite: Visio, Excel, PPT and MS Project, and Teams.
- Experience with project management/workflow tools a plus (specifically workfront, JIRA)
- Leads efficient meetings and conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.
- Is a champion of the agency process and quality work. Ensures adherence by all parties.
- Is versed in mainstream process methodologies including waterfall and agile.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM and 360 campaign management at an advertising agency at a media, direct marketing or interactive advertising agency.
- Experience in managing cross-discipline teams including strategy, creative and technology.
- Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.
- Working knowledge of email deployment, and campaign management systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Working knowledge of print production/ execution process a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients / teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including MS Project and Teams
- Experience with workfront, JIRA or related PM systems a plus.
- Have strong organizational skills and be detailed-oriented / stickler for details.
- Have strong written and communication skills.
