Job Summary
AUMOVIO is seeking a Project Manager for S1 Chinese OEMs. This role involves acting as the primary customer interface, leading project planning, controlling, and coordination, and ensuring project objectives are met. The manager will be responsible for risk management, preparing for key meetings, and handling international and complex projects. Key tasks also include identifying product characteristics, establishing quality objectives, managing human resources, and addressing customer complaints to ensure product and process design meet requirements.
Must Have

- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience within project management.
- Knowledge of project management and product development procedure.

Job Description
Main Task:
1. Work as interface for customers.
2. Make Project planning.
3. Adopt proper methods for project management.
4. Responsible for Project controlling.
5. Prepare for meetings, reviews and project milestones.
6. Perform Risk management.
7. Project coordination.
8. Achieve the agreed project objectives.
9. Take up responsibility for international projects and/or highly complex projects that require many years of experiences and successfully closed projects.
10. Have International experience with other cultures is crucial to success.
11. Select and identify the product and process special characteristic based on customer requirement, which including product legal regulations, applicable functions and assemble requirement etc.
12. Establish the product quality objectives based on customer requirement, including ppm, process capability etc.
13. Ensure the availability of qualified human resource, and related training plan.
14. Handle the customer complaints timely, take necessary corrective and preventive measures to avoid the reoccurrences.
15. Ensure the product and process design meet customer requirements.
