The role is accountable for repacking damaged packages within allotted timeframes, ensuring accuracy and same-day attendance for all damaged parcels. Responsibilities include smooth package handover, correct repacking processes, identifying item issues during repacking, adhering to Recovery's SOP, and complying with 5's concepts. The Assistant will also support the Recovery Team Leader or Associates with ad-hoc assignments as needed. Requirements include a minimum SPM or equivalent, discipline, courtesy, high energy, and the ability to follow instructions. Candidates should have attention to detail, understand packaging importance and customer service in presentable packaging, and possess a hands-on approach for warehouse-based work.
