We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing support for our Qualtrics platform, managing surveys, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a seamless user experience across internal stakeholders. Good To Have:

  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, including preparation of test scenarios and execution of test cases.

Must Have:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, prioritizing urgency and user impact.
  • Setup and maintain ongoing management of Qualtrics surveys, based on defined templates, procedure and timeline.
  • Identify areas for process optimization, develop and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and execute test scenarios, validate functionalities, and maintain test documentation.
  • Manage test data environments, maintain test users, carry out system cleaning activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc activities and new work packages as required.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, researchers, and business users.
  • Experience in survey tools management (configuring, testing, triggering, report extraction, analytics, client feedback, process improvements).
  • Experience in handling and resolving incidents/tickets.
  • Interaction with IT teams (SaaS vendor, infra, application) to ensure survey tools work as per specification.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution design.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
  • Experience of handling 2-5 team members.
  • Works independently and guides the team to ensure service delivery as per KPI and Quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing support for our Qualtrics platform, managing surveys, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a seamless user experience across internal stakeholders. While experience with Qualtrics is preferred, we also welcome candidates with a background in other survey management tools or relevant platforms. We also value applicants with strong HRIT experience who are adaptable and eager to learn.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within the HRIT landscape, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve digital employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, prioritizing urgency and user impact. Escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Manage Surveys: Setup and maintain ongoing management of Qualtrics surveys, based on defined templates, procedure and timeline, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. This includes user management, data integration, and ensuring high-quality reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization, develop and implement solutions, and track their effectiveness over time.
  • Testing Activities: Prepare and execute test scenarios, validate functionalities, and maintain test documentation to support high-quality deliverables.
  • System Maintenance: Manage test data environments, maintain test users, carry out system cleaning activities, and ongoing platform maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc activities and new work packages as required.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including IT teams, researchers, and business users, to ensure seamless Qualtrics operations and feedback solutions.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

BCOM/BBA/MBA

Experience:

3 - 5 years

Mandatory/requires Skills:

It is an associate position and hence please check for 3-5 years’ experience candidate

  • Candidate should have experience in survey tools (Ex: SurveyMonkey, Google forms or Zoho survey) management (configuring as per requirement, testing, trigger survey forms, report extraction and analytics, client feedback handling and process improvements). Experience in handling and resolving incidents/tickets.
  • Should have interacted with the IT team (Example: SaaS vendor, infra team, Application team) in order to ensure survey tools work as per specification
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution design. Good communication skills as they will be interacting with very senior level leadership in Bosch.
  • Should have experience of handling 2-5 members
  • Works independently and guides the team to ensure service delivery as per KPI and Quality

Preferred Skills:
