Job Description
Stem is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join their team in Delhi NCR, India. This full-time role involves conducting data research, analyzing and interpreting datasets, performing root cause analysis, and identifying data outliers. The analyst will also troubleshoot customer issues, maintain SLA reports, and utilize business tools for data extraction and modeling to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in technical support for B2B SaaS products, proficiency in Excel, and some knowledge of Python/SQL, with an understanding of the renewable energy business.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Electronics & communication
- 1-3 years experience in technical support for B2B SaaS products
- Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Python/SQL
- Understand renewable energy business
- Conduct data research, analyze, interpret data sets
- Perform RCA and identify data outliers
- Troubleshoot customer system issues, maintain SLA

- Follow SOPs to resolve user issues

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct data research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data sets.
- Could be able to perform RCA and identify outliers in the data.
- Helps the customers in troubleshooting the issues related to the system. Maintaining the SLA report.
- Utilise business tools for data extraction, modelling, and troubleshooting to uncover the insights that help the customer for business growth.
- Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve common user issues.
- Communicate clearly and politely with end users. Provide timely updates to users on the status of their reported issues.
- Monitor system alerts or dashboards and report anomalies.
Requirements and skills:
- Experience of 1-3 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
- Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel Some knowledge of tools like Python/SQL.
- Should understand the renewable energy business.
- Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain professionalism in all customer and internal communications.
- Be proactive in asking for help when stuck and contribute to team goals.
