Job Description

The Associate Director, Sales will lead multiple sales teams, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals. This role involves overseeing performance metrics, managing budgets, and collaborating across departments to align sales strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include market research, continuous process improvement, fostering client relationships, and developing sales managers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
