About the Role:
As the Sales Training Lead, you will manage a team dedicated to enhancing the sales capabilities of our organization. Your responsibilities include designing comprehensive training programs, overseeing the execution of these programs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with senior sales managers to ensure that the training initiatives drive measurable improvements in sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and delivery of all sales training programs.
- Manage a team of trainers, providing leadership and support.
- Collaborate with sales management to align training programs with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Develop long-term training plans and schedules.
- Track and report on the performance and outcomes of training initiatives.
- Conduct advanced training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvements in training methodologies and materials.
- Facilitate high-level training sessions for senior sales representatives.
- Establish partnerships with external training vendors as needed.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $121,350 - $170,050
