Job Description
The Associate HR Generalist will support administrative and operational tasks within the HR team at Domo. This role involves maintaining employee records, processing benefits, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities include processing employee lifecycle changes in Workday, managing new hire paperwork and onboarding documents, maintaining employee files, drafting communications, processing benefit reimbursements, and assisting with various HR functions and events. The position requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good To Have:
- Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, or related field or equivalent job experience
- Workday experience
- Experience working with customers with a friendly customer service approach
- Interest in employee benefits, HRIS/HCM or HR in general
- Detail oriented and highly organized
Must Have:
- Process employee lifecycle changes and organizational updates in Workday
- Process and verify new hire paperwork
- Maintain and manage onboarding documents
- Maintain employee files
- Draft and distribute change letters for employees
- Help maintain employee-facing communications on our internal website
- Process employee benefit reimbursements
- Respond to basic employee benefit inquiries
- Help coordinate the benefits enrollment process
- Assist other HR functions including the Talent Management and Acquisition teams as needed
- Process Verification of Employment (VOE) and Unemployment requests
- Process termination documents and facilitate the exit process
- Assist with open enrollment, providing employee support
- Work with auditors to provide change and process documentation
- Auditing HRIS (Workday)
- Support on-site events and meetings

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate HR Generalist will support administrative and operational tasks within the HR team. In this role, you will maintain employee records, process various employee benefits, and ensure accuracy in data management. This position involves periods of detailed data entry and repetitive tasks, along with opportunities to contribute to projects of varying scopes within the Talent Services team and other areas of HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process employee lifecycle changes and organizational updates in Workday;
- Process and verify new hire paperwork;
- Maintain and manage onboarding documents;
- Maintain employee files;
- Draft and distribute change letters for employees;
- Help maintain employee-facing communications on our internal website;
- Process employee benefit reimbursements;
- Respond to basic employee benefit inquiries;
- Help coordinate the benefits enrollment process;
