Job Summary
Razer is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Loyalty and Marketing to support the growth and performance of Razer Silver, our global loyalty currency. This role blends loyalty marketing, CRM operations, and campaign management to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across Razer’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to plan, execute, and optimize global campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets.
Must Have
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global Razer Silver earn and redemption campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally to align loyalty initiatives with business goals.
- Manage creative asset requests, content QA, deployment timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Handle weekly and monthly performance reporting, analyzing campaign outcomes and optimizing future plans.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to evaluate campaign ROI, conversion and user growth.
- Oversee email and on-site communication campaigns, including segmentation, creative briefing, testing, deployment, and reporting.
- Partner with local markets and creative teams to deliver personalized, localized, and high-performing content.
- Optimize messaging and automation flows through data-driven insights.
- Ensure CRM campaigns align with loyalty initiatives and key product or seasonal launches.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic and co-marketing partnerships.
- Support outreach and collaboration with external brands, publishers, and platforms.
- Coordinate creative approvals, partner deliverables, and campaign fulfilment.
- Manage post-campaign performance tracking and reporting to ensure partnership ROI and long-term value.
- Support the Senior Manager, Loyalty & Marketing in maintaining the overall health of the Razer Silver economy.
- Provide analytical and operational support in linking campaign planning with broader loyalty strategy and business objectives.
- Consolidate insights on member engagement, breakage trends, and redemption behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and reports for leadership discussions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, and/or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience and strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or BI dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to plan, execute, and optimize global campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets.
Marketing Campaign Planning and Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global Razer Silver earn and redemption campaigns, ensuring on-brand delivery and timely launch.
- Work cross-functionally within the Razer Gold marketing team, as well as Razer.com, and Razer Stores to align loyalty initiatives with business goals.
- Manage creative asset requests, content QA, deployment timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Handle weekly and monthly performance reporting, analyzing campaign outcomes and optimizing future plans.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to evaluate campaign ROI, conversion and user growth.
CRM and Member Engagement
- Oversee email and on-site communication campaigns, including segmentation, creative briefing, testing, deployment, and reporting.

Loyalty Economy and Strategy
- Support the Senior Manager, Loyalty & Marketing in maintaining the overall health of the Razer Silver economy, ensuring campaigns contribute to sustainable earn-burn ratios and ecosystem balance.
- Provide analytical and operational support in linking campaign planning with broader loyalty strategy and business objectives.
- Consolidate insights on member engagement, breakage trends, and redemption behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and reports for leadership discussions.
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, and/or campaign management, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or gaming.
- Hands-on experience and strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar), including audience segmentation, content deployment, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or BI dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for gaming, digital engagement, and loyalty innovation.
