Job Summary
In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in informing strategic decision-making across Bosch India Mobility Sector. You'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide actionable insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. Your work will directly impact our product development, marketing campaigns, and overall business growth. This involves data collection, filtering, developing market intelligence reports, creating and updating dashboards for key KPIs, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
Must Have
- Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to provide actionable insights
- Identify and collect relevant data from various sources
- Design and execute primary research projects (secondary research)
- Perform data cleaning, filtering & preparation for first level analysis
- Develop market intelligence reports and translate complex data into marketing presentations
- Create and timely update & optimize dashboards for key KPIs
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maintain correct flow of information
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or a related field
- More than 2 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a similar role in Automotive / Mobility Sector

Your work will directly impact our product development, marketing campaigns, and overall business growth.
Job Description:
1. Data Collection & Filtering:
a. Identify and collect relevant data from various sources, including market reports, industry publications, competitor websites, and internal databases.
b. Design and execute primary research projects, such as secondary research.
c. Data cleaning, filtering & preparation for first level analysis.
2. Develop market intelligence reports:
a. Translate complex data into marketing presentation for regular reporting tracking
3. Dashboarding
a. Create dashboard for key KPIs.
b. Timely update & optimize content to suit the ever-changing market needs.
4. Collaborate with stakeholder:
a. Close collaboration with internal stakeholder to maintain correct flow of information.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or a related field
Experience :
>2 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a similar role in Automotive / Mobility Sector
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficient in data visualization tools and market research databases.
o Power BI , Advnace excel must, Graphs
English proficiency: Business communication
Microsoft Office: Outlook , emails , PPT
o Independent creation of ppt.
