Job Summary
Nagarro is seeking an Associate Principal Engineer, CRM Salesforce to design and develop complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based architectures. This role requires 10+ years of experience in CRM Salesforce development, along with 4+ years of experience as an architect designing technology architectures, marketing data integrations, marketing journeys, workflows, best practices, and governance guidelines. You will be responsible for architecture and design of marketing, advertising, and data platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Google, and Oracle. Experience with API integrations, API stack (AWS etc.), RDBMS, data models, HTML, CSS, customer segmentation, marketing cloud platform connectors, and writing marketing procedures/automation (e.g., in Salesforce Einstein module) is essential. Experience in retail, CMS, e-commerce integrations, and B2C targeted marketing is a plus.
