As an Associate Principal Engineer, Delivery at Nagarro, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and delivery of complex IT projects. You will leverage your extensive experience in Agile methodologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement to drive impactful results. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Implementing Agile development methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams.
* Leveraging your deep understanding of project management methodologies to tailor approaches to project-specific needs.
* Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, anticipating challenges, and developing effective solutions.
* Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
* Driving organizational change and aligning project goals with broader business strategies.
* Communicating complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Continuously expanding your knowledge and staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
Must have:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
- Proven experience in Agile development methodologies
- Experience handling large-scale enterprise projects
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in technology-enabled business transformation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Qualifications
- 8+ years of extensive experience successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects with a track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodologies, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools.
- Experience in handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent, with the ability to tailor approaches to project-specific needs.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
- Experience in technology-enabled business transformation, driving organizational change, and aligning project goals with broader business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
