Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to different audiences, including employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Candidate should be able to identify and engage with various stakeholders who are affected by the change and should be able to understand the changes users would like to the products, explain product capabilities, set expectations and communicate progress updates with customers.
Adaptability: Candidate should be flexible and should be able to adapt in response to changing circumstance. Creative Problem-Solving: Candidate should have ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to address issues is valuable in navigating the change process.
Influence and Persuasion: Candidate need to be persuasive communicators to gain buy-in from stakeholders and inspire employees to embrace the change.
Data Analysis: Candidate should be able to gather and analyze data related to the change efforts, such as employee feedback, engagement levels, and performance metrics.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in communication tools, collaboration platforms, and data analytics software is advantageous for managing and measuring communication efforts effectively.
Change Management: Experience in managing change lifecycle during project maintenance phase. Ability to lead initiatives & get that planned with the development team with prior communication with different stakeholders. This involves understanding requirements & passing it on to development team.
Coordination with Support team: Being bridge between end user & development team for any issue resolution. Analyzing the issue & patterns for proactive quality improvement
