Job Description
Midgar Studio, a subsidiary of the Nacon group, is a video game development studio based in Montpellier. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to project development and debugging, participate in testing phases, set up and monitor dashboards, communicate on statistics evolution, write production meeting reports, support teams on the launch of the next game, and participate in setting up project monitoring and management processes and tools. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in project management with a specialization in digital professions, is methodical, rigorous, curious, has excellent interpersonal skills, can work with multidisciplinary teams, and has a strong sense of organization and planning. Excellent command of French and professional English, along with good command of Microsoft Office suite, are also required.
Must have:
- Monitor project development and debugging tasks
- Participate in testing and quality assurance
- Set up and track project dashboards
- Report on project statistics and progress
- Write production meeting minutes
- Assist with new game launches
- Help implement project management processes
- Coordinate daily project activities and teams
- Maintain project documentation
- Bac +4/5 in project management (digital focus)
- Methodical, rigorous, and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in French (written/spoken) and professional English
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite

Internship Description
As part of the internship, you may be required to contribute to the following missions:
- Monitoring tasks related to project development and debugging
- Participation in testing phases
- Setting up and monitoring dashboards
- Communication on the evolution of statistics
- Writing production meeting reports
- Supporting teams on the launch of the next game
- Participation in the implementation of project monitoring and management processes and tools
- Communicating their schedules and objectives to the teams
- Daily monitoring of the different stages of project manufacturing and coordination between teams
- Regular activity reporting
- Updating project documentation
- Relaying information between the different departments
- Other various tasks depending on the needs of project development
