Job Description

As an Associate Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating learning and development programs. This includes managing the operational aspects of the entire Learning & Development (L&D) cycle. You will support the L&D team in streamlining the execution of learning plans for different parts of the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with trainers, facilitators, speakers, and external consulting organizations to ensure effective execution of all learning and development initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include calendarizing training offerings, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, managing training statistics, handling program communications, and resolving employee queries. You will also maintain program tools and evaluate program effectiveness.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Aspiration in Learning & Development career

What you will be doing? 
As Associate – Program Management you will coordinate the learning and development programs. In this role, you will manage end-to-end operational aspects of L&D cycle.  As part of this you will support the L&D team in streamlining execution of learning plan for different parts of the organisation. You will collaborate and coordinate appropriate resources such as Trainers/Facilitators , speakers and external consulting organisations to ensure effective execution of all learning and development initiatives across the organisation. 

 
Key Accountabilities 

  • Calendarize training offerings based on learning & development strategy to match the needs of employees across geographies 
  • Enable exceptional onboarding experience with smooth induction planning and partnering with cross-functional teams  
  • Manage reporting, follow-up and completion statistics of all ‘Essential trainings’ 
  • Manage program communication, enrolments, cancellations, venue, materials, pre work distribution and post-delivery follow up with participants and their managers. 
  • Employee SPOC for routine query/issue resolution. 
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure that all required L&D services are provided. 
  • Maintain global program tools such as online collaboration sites, document management and learning management systems. 
  • Collect and maintain information to evaluate program effectiveness, measure business impact and gauge client satisfaction. 
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. 

  

Minimum Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
  • 2 years of relevant work experience  
  • Strong MS Excel skills 
  • Aspiration in Learning & Development career 

  

Prior Beneficial Experiences 

  • Preparing communications and tracking effectiveness of training. 
  • Planning and organisation of tasks and preparing updates
