As an Associate Renewals Account Manager, you will focus on ensuring the successful renewal and retention of existing client contracts. You will demonstrate the value of Progress products to close more revenue and enable the adoption of solutions by up-selling and cross-selling. You will also serve as a trusted partner to enterprise customers, advising them on various questions and assisting them in addressing any challenges they may encounter. This role involves preparing quotes, managing pipelines, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The position is hybrid with the office located in Rotterdam.
