We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our Delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in IT project coordination. You will support the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise technologies and project management practices.
Must have:
  • Coordinate infrastructure projects (network upgrades, server installations, cloud migrations).
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors for project execution.
  • Apply basic project management methodologies and IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in technology or infrastructure.
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good to have:
  • Internship or academic project experience in IT or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networks, cloud).
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

  • Assist senior project managers in coordinating infrastructure-related projects such as network upgrades, server installations, and cloud migrations.
  • ·Help track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date and accessible.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to gather updates and support project execution.
  • Learn and apply basic project management methodologies and IT infrastructure concepts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree, preferably with some technology or Infrastructure background
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Internship or academic project experience in IT or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., servers, networks, cloud).
