We help our own internal business units, like Employee Success, Global Safety & Security, Sales, and Customer Success, recognize and adapt to change in their business landscape. DEX UX partners with its business stakeholders to chart a course towards a more robust, AI-driven digital future, through human-centered design.
As a shared services UX team, our typical UX workstreams combine elements of strategic advisory, visioning, user research, design strategy, ideation, storytelling, value propositions, workshop facilitation, rapid prototyping, end-user concept testing, and product design.
