  • Reinforce learning requirements and key milestones
  • Knowledgeable of effective learning strategies
  • 1-2 years of relevant corporate learning experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization

The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting both virtually and in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences. The Sales Skills Trainer is a dedicated learning professional who delivers engaging and relevant sales skills and job-specific training to the distribution organization. Collaborating closely with the Sales Skills Training Manager to optimize the learning experience, the trainer leverages their background and strong business acumen to execute seamless, high-energy, and timely training sessions. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and produce training sessions for Account Executives, Sales Leaders and Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers focusing on topics such as advanced sales prospecting techniques, impactful executive communications, customer-centric discovery methodologies, and do-my-job training sessions.
  • Facilitate and produce engaging training activities and assessments to strengthen and evaluate participants' knowledge and application of topics.
  • Reinforce learning requirements so participants are clear on key milestones ranging from prework, class times, show-you-knows assessments, and certification requirements
  • Knowledgeable of effective learning strategies to most effectively enable field resources

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, including corporate learning experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills; capable of addressing business issues and contributing to solutions.
  • Proficient communication skills and attention to detail
  • Energetic and able to engage an audience.
  • Some exposure to sales experience or familiarity with sales processes.
  • Hybrid-Based: Employee who lives within 40 miles of an office who is expected to be in the office 3 days a week based on job role/function to deliver in person training (as needed) and work remotely for virtual delivery. This position is for the San Francisco office location ONLY.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,800 to $122,100.
