Job Summary

CAE, a global leader in aviation training and digital immersion technologies, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team in Mesa. This role ensures cadets progress smoothly through training programs by managing scheduling, coordinating meetings for training issues, and supporting operational administration. The Training Coordinator works closely with the Training Manager and local teams to maintain training standards and regulatory compliance.

Must Have

  • Monitor and address student progress, coordinate team for training issues
  • Administer flight training reviews and act as single point of contact for student training
  • Maintain student records including documents, qualifications, groundings, FTRs, and remedial plans
  • Conduct student status audits and syllabus enrollments for ground and flight training
  • Perform academy cancellation audits and analysis
  • Maintain and publish key performance metrics related to program performance
  • Oversee and monitor special programs, escalating issues as needed
  • Authorized to live/work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several competing priorities
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling applications
  • Competency in the use of MS Excel or other database management tools

Role Overview

The Training Coordinator ensures cadets progress smoothly through their training programs. This role manages scheduling, coordinates meetings to address training issues, and supports operational administration. Working closely with the Training Manager and local teams, the Training Coordinator helps maintain training standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and addresses student progress. Ensures team coordination for training issues; struggling students, administers flight training reviews, is single point of contact for student training and resource planning. Works closely with Training Managers on student/instructor allocation decisions.
  • Student record maintenance – documents, qualifications, groundings, FTRs, and remedial plans.
  • Student status audits
  • Syllabus enrollments – ground and flight training
  • Academy cancellation audits and analysis
  • Maintain and publish key performance metrics related to program performance.
  • Oversee and monitor special programs. Ensures program performance and communicates/escalates issues related to programs.
  • Takes on additional administrative duties and tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Must be authorized to live/work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several competing priorities
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling applications
  • Competency in the use of MS Excel or other database management tools
  • Onsite role
