Must Have
- Lead strategic planning and execution of complex, multi-region professional and adoption service programs.
- Oversee approval and governance of high-impact global projects.
- Define and implement the long-term vision for the services portfolio.
- Partner cross-functionally with business units, marketing, and sales to design integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing global team.
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in service delivery, performance management, or program implementation.
- 8+ years of experience in Radiology informatics including Enterprise Imaging, PACS, Customer Success, and Global Service Operations (PACS, EI, DICOM, HL7).
- Influential, collaborative leader with strong communication skills.
- Able to drive cross-functional alignment and manage executive-level escalations.
- Able to lead teams through transformation in a global environment.

Your role:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex, multi-region professional and adoption service programs that deliver superior outcomes and align with corporate goals.
- Oversee approval and governance of high-impact global projects, ensuring all financial, operational, and strategic requirements are met to maximize business value.
- Define and implement the long-term vision for the services portfolio, driving innovation, scalability, and competitive differentiation through modernized delivery models.
- Partner cross-functionally with business units, marketing, and sales to design integrated go-to-market strategies that enhance customer experience and market share.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a bachelors degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in service delivery, performance management, or program implementation, leading complex global initiatives.
- Your skills include strategic planning, program and project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen; bonus if you bring expertise in AI adoption, continuous improvement, or automation initiatives.
- You must have 8+ years of experience in Radiology informatics including experience in Enterprise Imaging, PACS, Customer Success, and Global Service Operations (PACS, EI, DICOM, HL7)
- You’re an influential, collaborative leader with strong communication skills, able to drive cross-functional alignment, manage executive-level escalations, and lead teams through transformation in a global environment.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role.
