Job Summary

As an Order Management Specialist with Italian at Philips Personal Health Department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of orders in SAP and coordinating the end-to-end order delivery process. This role involves close cooperation with various stakeholders, investigating and resolving customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills, and fluency in English (B2) and Italian (C1).

Must Have

  • Accurate and timely order entry in SAP
  • Coordination of the end-to-end order delivery process
  • Close cooperation with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)
  • Investigation and resolution of customers’ queries
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with our customers
  • Participation in process improvement projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Very good level of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • English at B2 level and Italian C1 level
  • Cultural awareness and proactive behavior

Good to Have

  • Previous experience within Order Management is a plus
  • Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have

Minimum required Education:

High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
