We are seeking a skilled Copy Editor to join our Subtitles team at Qube Cinema. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and editing subtitles, ensuring all written content adheres to the company's standards for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style. This role is open to freshers. Key responsibilities include reviewing and editing subtitle content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining consistency with English style guides, and demonstrating native expertise in Punjabi (read, write, speak).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit subtitle content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
• Maintain consistency with English style guides.
• Native expertise in Punjabi (read, write, speak).
• Ability to read and write in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and writing Punjabi is mandatory.
• Familiarity with an additional language - Hindi - is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
• Familiarity with English style guides.

Work Schedule:

• Day shift 10 AM to 6 PM or Night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM.
• Work-from-office position ONLY.
• Weekend work may be required depending on movie release schedules, with compensatory days off provided in accordance with company policies.
