Job Summary

Qube Cinema is seeking a Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, and GL. The role involves preparing journal entries, maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, handling expense accounting, and ensuring compliance with GST/TDS and other statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will support budgeting, cost control, and coordinate with auditors, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for a company passionate about digital cinema innovation.

Must Have

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, GL)
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
  • Handle expense accounting, invoice processing, GRN entries, and payment postings
  • Prepare bank upload files for daily vendor and expense payments
  • Ensure compliance with GST/TDS, taxation, and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for internal and external audits
  • Monitor expenses and support budgeting and cost control initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial and compliance matters
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely financial reporting
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and accounting standards
  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems & Tally)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Exposure to taxation, GST/TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work independently and handle tight deadlines with accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting
