Job Summary
You will be integrated into the Operations team, assisting the Operations and Finance directors to ensure the smooth management of the entire organization. You will provide support to projects and manage daily activities, including coordinating specific missions, ensuring information flow, assisting with training organization, consolidating operational KPIs, managing purchase requests and budgets, and preparing presentations and reports.
Must Have
- Coordinate specific missions delegated by management.

- First experience as PMO in operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good level of English.

Your daily life
At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales' most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of the systems and equipment mobilize expertise in more than 80 professions in defense, high-tech security, and digital services solutions.
You will be integrated into the Operations team, composed of about ten people in total, in a multicultural context.
You will assist the Operations and Finance directors to ensure the smooth management of the entire organization. You will provide support to projects as well as in the management of all daily activities.
Your main missions will be as follows:
Missions delegated by management:
- Ensure and coordinate specific missions delegated by Management
- Ensure the proper circulation of information with a constant concern for confidentiality and reliability;
- Assist the training department for the organization of training sessions, the preparation of materials and resources, logistics;
Data processing and analysis:
- Ensure the consolidation of France Domain Operational KPIs and ensure the proper execution of identified actions
- Management of purchase requests, from creation to invoicing (SAP);
- Ensure budget monitoring and management of payment commitments;
- Monitor workforce in conjunction with S&OP and HR, budgets in conjunction with finance, and site arrangements decided by management
- Ensure the maintenance of organizational notes and presentation materials for the France domain
Organize, be proactive regarding the agenda, prepare materials and ensure logistics for:
- Annual seminars with ~100 people from around the world for Operations, B&P, finance functions, and the BL;
- Internal and external events in France or internationally (assistance in preparing trade shows, etc.),
- Internal and external communications in conjunction with the Operations and Bid&Project Function Directorates,
Synthesis and presentations:
- Develop presentations independently (Powerpoint slides, posters, digital communication, etc.)
- Prepare and follow up on files, presentations, and reports;
Management support:
- Manage the agenda of the France Operations Director and the BL Finance Director;
- Ensure good coordination for the planning of France Domain meetings, in conjunction with the BL;
- Organize travel and manage expense reports (CONCUR);
- Liaise with support services (IT, general services, HR, etc.), particularly to prepare for the arrival of new employees.
Your profile
Graduated with a Bac+5, you have a first experience as a PMO for the operational environment. You are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, and managing purchase requests on SAP.
You have a good level of English. You are an organized, rigorous, reactive, and discreet person.
You have strong adaptability and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate agility.
