Job Summary

Join CAE as a C-27J Pilot Instructor at RAAF Base Amberley, Brisbane, Australia. This role involves shaping the next generation of pilots by delivering mission briefs, debriefs, and hands-on simulator instruction for the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs. Must Have

Experienced ex-military pilot
Ability to meet security clearance requirements (UK, US, or Canada citizenship)
Experience flying and instructing on C130, A400M, C17, or C27J aircraft
Support Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course
Deliver mission briefs and debriefs
Provide simulator instruction to C-27J pilot students
Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams
Develop and improve training materials

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re searching for an experienced ex-military pilot to become a C27J Pilot Instructor at RAAF Base Amberley, just outside vibrant Brisbane. This is your chance to shape the next generation of pilots, with full relocation support and a work visa provided!

Your Mission:

Report to the C-27J Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor, supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.
Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.
Provide hands-on simulator instruction to C-27J pilot students in a brand-new, state-of-the-art Flight Training Device
Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.
Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting-edge.
