Outline of Available Roles:  

• Game Facilitator (Store Associate)
  • The key aspects of this position involve facilitation of the games, assisting customers at check-in, and ongoing upkeep of games and the facility. Successful candidates should thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have confidence in engaging with customers to create a fun experience. Please click here to view the full job ad. 
• Team Lead (Supervisor)
  • The primary responsibilities are to ensure customers receive a positive experience during their visit and to oversee all staff on shift, providing them with guidance and assistance as needed.   • The position plays a critical role leading a team that will deliver excellent customer experience in a dynamic and fun environment.
