Job Description
This role is for an Automation Engineer. The primary responsibility is the design and development of automated equipment. Key duties include developing robot programs based on various standards, developing robot algorithms such as kinematics, dynamics, trajectory planning, path planning, force control, and process algorithms. The engineer will also be responsible for the detailed mechanical design of robotic end-effectors, fixtures, workbenches, conveyors, and safety devices, including motion simulation, and creating/modifying parts. Deployment, development, and optimization of ROS systems in robotic products are also required, along with testing and debugging communication and motion trajectory functions.

- Experience with robot positioning algorithms
- Experience with navigation algorithms
- Experience with mapping
Must Have:
- Design and development of automated equipment
- Robot program development
- Robot algorithm development
- Mechanical design (Pro-E, AutoCAD)
- Familiarity with robot systems and ROS
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python
- Strong hands-on ability

- 负责机器人算法开发，包括但不限于运动学、动力学、轨迹规划、路径规划、力控、工艺算法
- 根据不同的产品情况对机械臂末端执行器、夹具、工作台、传送装置、防护装置等周边设备进行详细的机械设计并进行相应的运动仿真，制作并修改零件
- 负责ROS系统在机器人产品中的部署、开发与优化
- 负责通讯功能和运功轨迹功能的测试和调试
职位要求
- 计算机、自动化、自控、机器学习等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 机械设计：Pro-E，AutoCAD
- 熟悉机器人系统结构和ROS等软件，能够熟练使用C/C++、Python等编程语言
- 具备较强的动手能力，在国内外各类机器人竞赛中获奖者优先
- 具有机器人定位算法、导航算法及建图等经验者优先
