Job Summary
This role involves the architectural design and optimization of the DevOps platform, driving the construction of operations infrastructure and systems. Responsibilities include the R&D and implementation of the DevOps platform, covering microservices, containers, CI/CD, automated testing, static code analysis, and environment governance. The architect will also be responsible for building the game cloud-native technology system, standardizing operations processes, and developing tools to enhance R&D and operations efficiency, ultimately improving the team's integrated development and operations capabilities.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of operations development experience
- Proficiency in Golang and Python
- Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (K8s, containers, service mesh, CI/CD, microservices, DevOps, declarative API)
- Experience in DevOps platform development, including large-scale operations automation, CMDB, monitoring, release, and operations support systems
- Deep understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS, NAT, caching, load balancing)
- Familiarity with Nightingale/Prometheus monitoring platforms
- Understanding of tracing tools like SkyWalking, Zipkin, Sentry
- Strong hands-on and problem-solving abilities
- Strong team collaboration and coordination skills
- Passion for learning and self-driven continuous improvement
Good to Have
- Game operations development experience preferred
- Experience in secondary development of monitoring systems preferred
- Rich technical practice and game project implementation experience

1. Undertake the architectural design and optimization of the DevOps platform, promoting the construction of operations infrastructure and operations system.
2. Responsible for the R&D and implementation of the DevOps platform, including but not limited to microservices, containers, CI/CD, automated testing, static code analysis, and environment governance.
3. Responsible for building the game cloud-native technology system.
4. Promote the standardization and institutionalization of operations processes, and implement them into game and platform businesses through tool development to improve R&D and operations efficiency.
5. Develop operations tools and related technical assurance systems to enhance the team's integrated development and operations capabilities.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of operations development experience; game operations development experience is preferred.
2. Proficient in Golang and Python languages, and familiar with operations technologies related to the gaming industry.
3. Proficient in cloud-native technologies, including but not limited to K8s, containers, service mesh, CI/CD, microservices, DevOps, declarative API.
4. Possess DevOps platform development experience, with experience in developing large-scale operations automation platforms, CMDB, monitoring systems, release systems, and operations support systems.
5. Have a deep understanding of network protocols and related services, such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS, NAT, caching, load balancing.
6. Familiar with monitoring platforms like Nightingale/Prometheus, understand tracing tools like SkyWalking, Zipkin, Sentry; experience in secondary development of monitoring systems is preferred.
7. Possess strong hands-on ability and problem-solving skills, with rich technical practice experience and game project implementation experience.
