Job Summary

Job Description

You will be the technical reference for several highly automated, high-speed production lines, integrating industrial vision systems for quality control and traceability. You will work on complex equipment combining automation, electrotechnics, industrial computing, and vision technologies, in a pharmaceutical environment governed by strict standards. You will also be the automation support for the maintenance team, providing your expertise on automated systems. You will evolve in a demanding technical environment where reactivity, rigor, and mutual aid are essential.
Must have:
  • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns on complex automated lines.
  • Intervene on industrial vision systems for detection or calibration defects.
  • Document interventions in the CMMS (GMAO) respecting traceability and data integrity.
  • Perform planned operations on automated equipment and vision systems.
  • Adjust maintenance plans based on field feedback and technical evolutions.
  • Write clear procedures for sensitive or complex interventions.
  • Participate in the installation and qualification of new automated equipment.
  • Propose technical optimizations for reliability, safety, and performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate maintenance requirements from design.
  • Ensure proper functioning of PLCs and computerized systems (GMP, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Manage secure archiving of technical data and ensure data integrity.
  • Perform backup and restore procedures for automated systems.
  • Provide technical automation support to the maintenance team.
  • Participate in the validation of automated systems and evolution management.
Good to have:
  • Federal Patent, DUT, BTS or Professional License in electrotechnics, automation or industrial computing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on complex automated lines
  • Ability to remain calm and make relevant technical decisions under pressure
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to share knowledge
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement, reliability, and safety of installations
  • Analytical mind, documentary rigor, safety awareness

  • Solid expertise in automation and electrotechnics
  • Mastery of industrial vision systems (cameras, sensors, image processing software)
  • Documentary rigor compliant with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements

Main Responsibilities

Technical Interventions

  • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns on complex automated lines
  • Intervene on industrial vision systems in case of detection or calibration defects
  • Document interventions in the CMMS (GMAO) respecting traceability and data integrity principles
  • These interventions are carried out on a 3x8 shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night)

Preventive Maintenance

  • Perform planned operations on automated equipment and vision systems
  • Adjust maintenance plans according to field feedback and technical evolutions
  • Write clear procedures for sensitive or complex interventions

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in the installation and qualification of new automated equipment
  • Propose technical optimizations to improve reliability, safety, and performance
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate maintenance requirements from design

Automation, Support & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure the proper functioning of PLCs and computerized systems in compliance with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards
  • Manage secure archiving of technical data and ensure their integrity (Data Integrity)
  • Perform backup and restore procedures for automated systems
  • Provide technical automation support to the maintenance team during complex interventions or advanced diagnostics
  • Participate in the validation of automated systems and the management of evolutions

Required Knowledge/Education/Experience

  • Federal Patent, DUT, BTS or Professional License in electrotechnics, automation or industrial computing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on complex automated lines, with practice of industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, etc.)
  • Mastery of high-speed automated systems
  • Knowledge in industrial vision and image processing
  • Strong foundations in industrial electricity and automation
  • Mastery of backup/restore procedures and GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity requirements
  • Analytical mind, documentary rigor, safety awareness
  • Good communication, team spirit, and mutual aid
  • Stress resistance and ability to intervene effectively in a demanding environment
