Your daily life

Join us on the Vélizy campus, which hosts a wide variety of Thales activities: aerospace, defense, civil, etc. West of Paris, this site offers a work environment equipped with the latest technological innovations and provides services to reconcile professional and personal life.

Within the APC (Automation Platforms & Cloud) department, you will join a dynamic team passionate about innovation, security, and performance.

Your main missions will be:

• Design, implement, and maintain our cloud and hybrid/on-premise infrastructures.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure management processes (CI/CD).
• Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize the application lifecycle and ensure continuous delivery.
• Set up monitoring and alerting tools.
• Ensure the availability and performance of services.
• Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure problems.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices and the adoption of new technologies.
• Document processes and configurations.
• Be a force for proposal for the evolution of infrastructure and tools.

Your Profile

You have a Bac+5 degree in computer science (Engineering School or Master's) with a specialization in DevOps, Cloud, or Systems.

You have the following skills:

• Proficiency in Linux operating systems
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps)
• Significant experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Powershell)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of initiative
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

A good command of English is essential for effective interaction with our international teams and partners.

A CSP certification would be a plus.
