Job Description

United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS), a subsidiary of Airbus and Thales, is seeking an Export Sales Administration Assistant (M/F) for its Commercial Department in Villebon-sur-Yvette, France. This role involves supporting internal operational teams (Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Projects, Engineering) in an international and dynamic environment. The assistant will contribute to commercial proposals, manage customer portfolios, track forecasts, handle invoicing, and provide back-office support.
Must have:
  • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of commercial proposals and contracts
  • Enter orders and manage a customer portfolio
  • Monitor and update customer forecasts
  • Establish invoices and follow up on collection in cooperation with Finance
  • Act as a backup for team members in daily activity management
  • Organize sales representatives' missions and client meetings
  • Support the process of managing client specificities
  • Manage specificities: registration and Back Office and Client Quality support

The Commercial Department of UMS, based in Villebon-sur-Yvette (91- Massy Palaiseau RER), is recruiting its future Export Sales Administration Assistant - (M/F).

WHO ARE YOU?

With a BAC + 2 or 3 degree in international trade, you are recognized for excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service.

You are organized and rigorous.

You master SAP (Order to Cash) as well as the Office Pack, especially Excel.

You have good knowledge and practice of international sales contracts (incoterms, customs...), and payment methods (bank guarantees).

Knowledge of export control regulations and licenses would be appreciated.

Your level of English is confirmed and allows you to evolve easily, both in writing and orally, in an international context.

WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:

Within the Commercial Department, you report to the Back Office and Export Control Officer and work within a team of 8 people. In this context, your mission is to be a true partner for internal operational teams: Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Projects, Engineering...
